The Transforming Care Partnership recently held an art competition to design a new logo for the Humber Transforming Care Partnership.
We received 18 entries from across the Humber area and were judged by a panel of people with lived experience to decide which one they though was best.
The winning logo was sent to a graphic designer that you will now see across for our work across the Humber.
